14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. This applies to:
- Products that are faulty, incomplete, or materially different from their description
- Change of mind, as long as the product has not been extensively used
How to request a refund
Email support@lumoradigitalshop.com with your order number and a short note about the issue — we usually reply within a business day.
Alternatively, you can request a refund directly through Paddle, our payment provider, at paddle.net.
Fair use
To keep the policy fair for everyone, we may decline a refund where a product has been extensively used. Repeated refund requests from the same customer are reviewed case-by-case.
Bundles
Bundles are refunded as a whole, not per item.
