These terms are between you and Lumora (trading as Lumora), the seller of the digital products offered on this website. By using Lumora you agree to these terms. They are written to be plain and fair.
Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for any activity that takes place under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have the authority to bind the organisation you act for.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in USD. Orders are final once payment is confirmed, subject to our Refund policy. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Digital delivery
Downloads unlock immediately after payment. If a file is faulty, contact support within 14 days.
Licence and intellectual property
Lumora retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, branding and the digital products sold. Unless a product states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product within the terms shown on its page.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, no infringement of intellectual property, and no interference with security (including malware, probing or scraping). Do not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or circumvent the technical limits of our products or the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these policies. Where access ends, any licences granted for lawfully purchased products continue for personal use; we may delete account data after a reasonable export window.
Service availability and warranties
Lumora is provided as-is and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages such as loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in advance.
